Closers On Demand, Inc. is a mobile closing agency that provides notary signing services to the real estate industry of South Florida along with the public. The company was established in January of 2006 with the notion to make the complications of real estate closings more convenient for everyone involved.
We mainly service Miami-Dade County, Broward County and Palm Beach County. Services for other Florida counties are available upon request. We're available anytime during the week (Mon - Fri) and Saturday upon request. Packages can be emailed or picked up at any location and are returned promptly in order for loans to fund on time.
