The company was established in January of 2006 with the notion to make the complications of real estate closings more convenient for everyone involved.
We mainly service Miami-Dade County, Broward County and Palm Beach County. Services for other Florida counties are available upon request. We're available anytime during the week (Mon - Fri) and Saturday upon request. Packages can be emailed or picked up at any location and are returned promptly in order for loans to fund on time.
